Thank you for providing the Precision Hunting Course. After 30+ years of hunting, I thought I knew "what I needed to know" about shooting. Your course taught me things that I wish I had learned decades ago.
Your course taught me more about the science of shooting in a day and a half than I had learned in a lifetime. I was amazed at how precise extended range shooting can be. The days of "hold a little higher" are gone. Now I will be able to hold directly on my target with confidence that the shot will be successful. No more guess work!
Your instructors were very knowledgeable and provided the right amount of individual instruction and help. My 17 year old son and I especially enjoyed the specific lessons on how to properly hold the rifle and squeeze the trigger to eliminate movement, how to develop a consistent shooting sequence and how to shoot from different positions. The "little" details really make a huge difference. The dividends for my son's hunting future will be manyfold.
The range was excellent and provided a field-like experience rather than a sterile, controlled environment made of concrete and steel. The wide-open, rolling hills make the experience much more enjoyable. Your precision hunting course is a must for anyone planning a big game hunt that may call for shots in excess of 200 yds. I'd recommend your course to everyone.

RBO Shooting Course LEVEL 1 for Western Hunters

Our mission is to provide you with the tools, training and motivation to dramatically improve your marksmanship and confidence while shooting and hunting. For some this will help them to get the most out of their participation in safe shooting sports. For hunters, it will dramatically improve your ability to make an accurate and humane shot in the field. And that may make the difference for a successful hunt and an excellent hunting adventure. The course will be held in the classroom and on the field at an extended range shooting facility. Here you will learn proper firearm safety techniques, ballistics, MOA, and how to compensate for the variables of atmospherics, terrain and wind. Participants will be required to provide their own transportation to shooting schools. Features: Rolling Bones Precision Shooting Course Manual- Rolling Bones Precision Range Journal- Rolling Bones Scoring Tape- Rolling Bones Window Decal- Cheek Piece with Utility Pouch Rifle and Hunt Brochures- Range time with a experienced instructor and a low pupil student ratio- The course starts Friday night at 5 pm Mountain time. Lodging options are, Days Inn, Hampton, Holiday Inn among others. We meet Sat morning at 8 am and travel to the range where we will shoot until 5pm. A field lunch will be provided.
